Shipping policy

Once your order is complete, it takes 1-3 days to process and 3-7 business days to ship within the US depending on the shipping option you select. International Shipping takes about 7-21 business days to ship depending on the shipping you select. We promise to do our best to ship orders as fast as possible. If you do not receive your order in the timeframe given please contact us at sales@teasebyterri.com. 

*Please be aware that it may take 1-3 days to process next day shipping request. However, when we are able to, we do ship out orders the same day they are received. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays. 

In the event you have put an incorrect address, please contact us at sales@teasebyterri.com within 24 hours of your purchase. In certain cases we ship same day so please make sure your address is correct or let us know if it is incorrect as soon as possible. If your order is returned to us because an inadequate address we will reship (for a reshipping fee) or refund if the customer is irresponsive. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
