Refund policy

Tease By Terri promises to do our best to provide you the best quality products made to TEASE BUT MAINLY TO PLEASE. However, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or make exchanges. All sales are final. 

Exceptions
Please evaluate your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item or size please contact us within 14 days upon delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can be contacted at Sales@TeaseByTerri.com. We are not responsible for any toy after 14 days upon delivery, as drops, overcharging, and other factors may affect toy's performance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged or defective item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have the option of store credit, new product, or full refund.
